Shipping

Our shipping rates are as follows:

  • 2 KWD for delivery within Kuwait
  • 7.5 KWD for delivery within GCC countries
  • 10 KWD for worldwide delivery

We offer free shipping on orders totaling 150 KWD or more.

Returns & Exchanges

Items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in excellent condition, and returned with all original tags attached.
This exchange policy applies only to orders within Kuwait & GCC.
Pre-ordered and gifted items are also eligible for exchange under the same conditions.
Please note that customers may incur additional return shipping fees when processing exchanges.
